I am Tulasi Adeva

I am a Master’s Level trained, trauma informed, Somatic Teacher, Counselor, and Guide who has been studying, teaching, and practicing for over 25 years.

I create nourishing spaces and transformational experiences that invite honest self inquiry, trust in the body, and invitations to awaken and engage creative potential- also known as your life force energy.

I support individuals in coming to deeply know, love, and trust themselves, so they can bring the full expression of who they are into the world. I have a well honed gift of zeroing in on the truth underlying any given situation, with the ability to communicate that truth clearly to others. As an ongoing learner with an inquisitive mind I draw from a wealth of information to support others in creating dynamic solutions to life’s perplexing challenges.

I am particularly equipped to handle challenging relationships and assist others in doing so as well. I have a unique skill of opening minds and hearts by inviting and revealing new perspectives. I am here to change the way people think — about themselves, about each other, and about the world at large, thus inviting new ways of being and living into the possible.

I know that every single one of us is unique and essential, that healing is inevitable if we choose to engage it, that we aren’t meant to do it alone, and that our life is an unfolding creative process. I deeply believe in the possible and I wholeheartedly believe in you.
